At our campus, training spaces, accommodations, dining, security, facilities, and operational support come together on one campus. From short-term training sessions to long-term operations, our team works alongside yours to build an environment around your requirements.

The DEV campus has a history rooted in professional training. Originally developed by Transport Canada and later operated by NAV CANADA, the site was purpose-built to support training and professional development.
Under Devcore stewardship, the site continues to build on that foundation while returning training to a central role. Today, DEV Training Campus brings together the infrastructure and services required to support focused, large-scale, multi-day, multi-week, residential, and long-term training programs.
Centrally located in Eastern Ontario.
Our campus is located in Cornwall, Ontario, with convenient access to Ottawa, Montréal, Kingston, and the Canada–United States border.

From the moment your group is scheduled, our teams work behind the scenes to make sure the campus is ready, responsive, and running smoothly. Accommodations are prepared, meeting and training spaces are coordinated, dining and amenities are available, and security, housekeeping, maintenance, and conference services are there when needed.
When something needs attention, you have a team on site that can respond. When your schedule changes, we can adapt. When your participants need something, there is someone here to help.

Training and leased environments can be configured to meet specific operational requirements, including room layouts, walls, branding, window treatments, storage, technology, and access protocols. For long-term requirements, organizations can establish a dedicated environment supported by our on-site team.

We continue to evolve alongside the organizations we serve. We are investing in our infrastructure, security systems, facilities, and campus environment to expand our capabilities and respond to changing requirements. Recent investments include the implementation of 1Valet access management systems, with expanded use across the campus to support secure offices and accommodations, alongside ongoing updates to our fitness and recreational spaces.
