Our Sunday Brunch Club at Propeller Restaurant is an elevated brunch experience twice a month, beginning September 6th. You'll enjoy chef-attended stations, a Mimosa & Caesar bar, a kid-friendly brunch station, and so much more.

Chef Jeff Bradfield
With over two decades of experience, Chef Jeff Bradfield has built a reputation for creativity, excellence, and an unwavering passion for the culinary arts. From humble beginnings to leading top kitchens, his journey is a testament to his dedication and refined expertise. Jeff's culinary career began at 15, working in Ottawa restaurants before studying Culinary Management at St. Lawrence College. He sharpened his skills in Toronto's fine dining scene under Chef Andrew Carter before returning to Ottawa, where he held leadership roles at Brothers Beer Bistro, Erling's Variety, Social, Union 613, and co-founded Bar Lupulus. His expertise spans high-end dining, pub cuisine, and large-scale catering.
Never one to shy away from a challenge, Jeff launched Fifth Dimension Snack Bar, a food truck specializing in scratch-made, elevated street eats. Though successful, the pandemic forced its closure, leading him to seek a fresh start in Alexandria, Ontario.
Jeff soon joined NAV Centre as Sous Chef, where his leadership, creativity, and commitment to quality quickly earned him the role of Executive Chef at DEV Hotel & Conference Centre.
Today, he leads a talented team dedicated to delivering an exceptional dining experience throughout the DEV Centre, showcasing local, sustainable ingredients.
With a career marked by innovation, resilience, and a deep love for food, Chef Jeff Bradfield continues to elevate the culinary standards at DEV Hotel & Conference Centre, bringing passion and creativity to every dish.
