The DEV Hotel & Conference Centre is seeking a senior-level Sales Manager with a proven track record of securing high-value, complex contracts. This is a strategic, revenue-focused role designed for a true hunter who excels at winning new business, particularly within government, institutional, and large-scale conference markets.

This position is responsible for driving net-new revenue through federal and provincial government contracts, law enforcement and public safety agencies, and national and international conferences and associations. The successful candidate will leverage existing relationships, navigate procurement processes, and close multi-year agreements for accommodations, training, conferences, and major events.
