Our cancellation policy varies depending on the rate or package booked. If you need to cancel or modify your reservation, please call our guest services team at 613.936.5800.

If the reservation was made through a third-party platform, such as Expedia, Hotels.com, Booking.com, or Hotwire, the cancellation will need to be processed through the third-party directly.

Pet-Free Property

DEV Hotel & Conference Centre is a pet-free property. Pets are not permitted.

Service animals are welcome. Please let us know prior to arrival so we can make the appropriate arrangements with our housekeeping team.

Smoking & Vapour-Free Rooms

Smoking and vaping of any kind are strictly prohibited inside guest rooms.

A $500 cleaning fee will be charged to the credit card on file if smoking or vaping occurs in a guest room.
